Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your PureAura purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Feminine care products (pads, personal hygiene items)

  • Any item that has been opened or used


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

We will send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.
